Police say the 44-year-old was last seen Tuesday evening before walking into a wooded area

P.E.I. RCMP are asking for the public's help to find a 44-year-old woman last seen Tuesday night in the Cambridge area of eastern Prince Edward Island.

Lindsay Ann Byrne was last seen at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to an RCMP news release. She was on foot at the time.

Byrne is five feet six inches tall, has brown hair and hazel eyes, weighs about 130 pounds and has a medium build. She was last seen wearing a white sweater and a pink hat.
