Rain, wind and a damaged painting couldn't dampen the spirits of P.E.I. artist Jana Wong on Saturday morning. 

She was one of 26 vendors at a windswept fair promoting Black, Indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC)-owned businesses in Charlottetown.

Bad weather hit the outdoor event, damaging one of Wong’s favourite paintings — a still-life watercolour — as she sold cards and prints from her booth.
