All schools in Prince Edward Island are closed Tuesday as strong winds continue to impact the region.

All UPEI and Holland College locations are also closed for the day. The Confederation Bridge is currently closed to all traffic.

Wind warnings issued by Environment Canada are in effect across the Island. Wind gusts are expected to reach nearly 90 km/h from the southwest, gradually weakening this afternoon.
