A 56-year-old man was found dead in a pond in Kensington, P.E.I., on Thursday, according to the Kensington Police Service.

“At this time, the death is not believed to be suspicious; however, the investigation remains ongoing,” police said in a statement.

“Police do not believe there are any concerns for public safety at this time.”
